the roads are almost unusable in some places
The new park manager, Mike, is one of the tenants here, so he seems to actually care. Ive only been here a month, but he really tried hard to convince the owners to rent to me, instead of trying to get me to buy the fixer upper I currently live in. My trailer is in okay condition, and with some TLC, it'll be fine. It's too cold for any of the crazies (if they're still here; I lived here once before) to be crazy, but my stay so far has been peaceful. 3.5 stars
needs a lot of work, to much stealing
Keep so called plumber from doing damage to your house. Been through 10 years of tweeker and thieves and pot holes in the roads big enough to lose your vehicle in .haven't had a pool in years.and since the park sold. The new owner has sent people under my house and they have done major damage to my house and illegally entering onto my property.
I live there for over 11 years, was so happy to get out of there.. it has gone down, with very poor mangerment, roads need repair badly, trees needs to be trim or cut down,trash clean up,have no swimming pool no more, and it can go on and on...don't recommend to any one.
We like it at this park. Brian is a great manager and helps everyone he can and does what he can to take care of the park. But their are people who are nosy and dont know how to mind their own business. The park is peaceful. Thanks brian for your hard work
Since Brian has take over the trailer court it been more enjoyable and it has cleaned up a lot .
