I've been seeing Taylor for over a year now, and it's honestly changed my life. I tried several therapists before finding Taylor, and the difference has been night and day. I had an adverse reaction to a medication they prescribed me. I called and talked to Nicole at the front desk. She said she would relay an urgent message to Dr Beth Ballen and have her call me that day. Dr Ballen never called. I called several more times the following day. No response. I sent an email.
