Called made an appointment easily and the in office, they listened to what I was wanting and pain free!
If Ashley still works there I definitely say no. Maybe they finally replaced her idk!
I had Botox done today and had a great experience. Mrs. Sohal is professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point, and I’m very happy with her work. My only concern is the $200 deposit, which feels excessive, along with the aggressive way the policy is communicated. In fact, this policy has made me more likely to cancel appointments rather than schedule them. I hope they reconsider both the amount and how it is presented to clients.
Five stars for Balle Bliss Luxury Medical Spa! The customer service here is outstanding. Dr. Sohal is incredibly talented and makes you feel completely at home, and Maddie is so sweet and helpful. My treatment results have been amazing. Thank you for such an excellent experience!
