Randy Kaufman was the best salesman i could ask for. From the moment I came in he was helpful and professional. He treated me with kindness and I felt that he did everything he could to not only put me in the perfect vehicle but to make sure I got the best deal possible. When my 3 year lease is up I hope to be able to discuss my next vehicle with Randy again.
Everyone was friendly and the service was amazing, I told Mark Stevens what I wanted and I needed it by the end of the week and he delivered, had the truck I wanted next day and everything after was smooth and timely. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff is and I have shared my experience with friends and family, I will always recommend Ballas to others from now on. Thank you so much.
Had a scheduled appointment on Monday at 8:15am and they kept the car until the following Thursday at 2pm. Paid $252 for them to fix the front driver seat mobility so they could “assess” why the check engine light kept coming on. And in the end they didn’t “fix” anything associated with what was actually wrong with the car. Kept the car for 4 days and didn’t fix a damn thing.
Go to Tony for any of your car needs! He helped my husband and I find a new vehicle. We're very impressed with our purchase! Tony is a reputable salesman and very easy to work with. You tell him what you want and he'll make it happen! Definitely recommend.
