My 2026 3l durmax failed as I was driving by Toledo, I will add I am from Canada. I took my truck to Ballas. They took my truck immediately and secured me a rental vehicle and I continued on my way to Florida. They called in a day or two said I needed a new motor. I was told everything was under warranty and there was no cost to me, even the rental was covered. Thank you so much for when I called that Thursday that I learned my battery had a dead cell and I needed to take care of it. Called Buick to check on warranty and yes it was still covered. Fine I had to pay 60 something for installation better than paying for a new battery. They got me in right away and double checked yes the battery was replaced and it only took a hour. This was my wife car and thanks for taking car of the car so she won't get stranded.
Additional information: added on 6/1/26. Came in to have a front emblem light installation done. Had ordered a black light as I thought it might look nice on the dark copper colored grill. Kyle, the technician saw the black and noticed all of my emblems were red. Instead of just installing it like most people would have done. He called me and reached out for me to come take a look. He walked me into the bay to show me the difference between the red emblem and the black emblem. His current concern was definitely valid and he ... read more
