My wife and I went to Balla's Steakhouse on a Friday evening. Our waiter was very quick and to the point, not explaining anything well. He came only once to bring us our drinks and refilled them at the end of our dinner. It took over an hour to receive our order, which was wrong. On a positive note, the food was good, steak was tender, soup excellent. Service on the other hand was horrible.
