I had a telehealth appointment scheduled for 2:45pm with Dr Uma Barua. After waiting until 3:45pm with no contact, I finally worked up the courage to call reception to ask about the delay and was told it would “not be too long.” By 4:45pm, having still received no call and needing to be elsewhere, I contacted the practice again to ask how much longer it would be. My husband saw Dr Gupta today and explained his symptoms. Dr Guptas reply was "What do you want me to do about it?" In shock I replied ,"I don't know, " seeing that I'm not a Dr. I also asked for pain meds due to my bulging disc. His reply was I need to see my current Dr. I explained my Dr was away for 2 1/2 weeks and my specialist had also administered this prescription before.He refused to write the prescriptionand I replied."Well you are a Dr don't you write out prescriptions"? I thought I was in for a good experience because the receptionist was lovely, but once I got seen by the doctor he was so rude and Dismissive of my symptoms and wasn’t helpful with any of the questions I asked, would never go back there again
Dr Lakshay is really understanding and has a great knowledge for procedure and how to identify what illness affects you
