Great doctors. Been going here since it opened. A bit hard to find an appointment same day sometimes but overall great clinic.
Dr Li is a lovely caring doctor.
If you have anything slightly more concerning or serious than a cold, I would not go here. They don’t care, they want you in and out. They don’t care about how you feel and how to get your best outcome health wise.
Very Disappointing and Concerning Experience I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Ballarto Medical Centre. I had an appointment with Dr Li Yan on 24 July. Unfortunately, I was seen more than 45 minutes late.
