Very Disappointing and Concerning Experience I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Ballarto Medical Centre. I had an appointment with Dr Li Yan on 24 July. Unfortunately, I was seen more than 45 minutes late. When I finally saw the doctor, I had several concerns about my health that I wanted to discuss, but I felt that she did not listen to me properly or give me enough time to explain my concerns. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled for 2:45pm with Dr Uma Barua. After waiting until 3:45pm with no contact, I finally worked up the courage to call reception to ask about the delay and was told it would “not be too long.” By 4:45pm, having still received no call and needing to be elsewhere, I contacted the practice again to ask how much longer it would be. My husband saw Dr Gupta today and explained his symptoms. Dr Guptas reply was "What do you want me to do about it?" In shock I replied ,"I don't know, " seeing that I'm not a Dr. I also asked for pain meds due to my bulging disc.
