Have used Ballard's for year and highly recommend. Quick to come check out the issues, super friendly, fairly priced and very professional and clean in their work. Recently had a big job completed to replace a cracked pipe under my lawn and garden beds. Tim and his team were fantastic, explained what needed to be done, were realistic in the impact of what it would mean for my lawn and gardens, fixed the problem and left my yard looking as close to normal as possible. Excellent service! The plumber arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean. He clearly explained the plan, offered an affordable price, and was honest throughout the process. Had a great experience with Ballard's plumbing!! Genuine guy who provided excellent service from start to finish. He was quick, efficient, and resolved the issue without any hassle. What I really appreciated was how well he explained the problem and what needed to be done, so I felt informed every step of the way. We could smell gas coming from the gas meter so called Ballard’s Plumbing. We had a very quick response and the boys came out on a very wet and cold day. They identified the problem, ordered the correct part and had it fixed as quickly as they could. This is the second time we have used Ballards for our plumbing needs and we are impressed by their efficiency and the manner in which they treated us as customers.
