They came and drained and replaced a heating element on a HW tank. The unit was still not producing hot water 1/2 hour after they left and then they charged me $200 to come back to my place to tell me the reason is I need a new hot water tank (which I thought I had already authorized in 2019, but apparently when I said yes, replace it, he thought it ok'd the part).
