I have not been in the area very long, but they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. A friendly place to shop!
I called this morning to see if there was a representative who could do a presentation for our gardening group and tell us about their nursery and share their expertise and tips . I was given a response...”none of us does that here.” I asked to speak with an owner. I was told they were out of town and “I told you none of us does that here!” Well I didn’t expect that kind of response. Doubt if I will go there again.
I love Ballard's! Everyone there is so helpful and knowledgeable. There is another nursery two blocks from my house, but choose to drive the 20 minutes to Ballard's. Can't recommend enough!
