Professional and friendly staff! No matter how many emails or calls I made, Candace was always quick to respond and was very helpful. Michael Waters is an excellent attorney. He took time to listen to my needs and concerns. My mind was put to ease knowing Mr. Waters was in my corner and was working hard on my case. Michael Waters was recommended by a personal friend to handle a corporate dissolution issue. The company had in excess of $70,000 in assets and the situation had deteriorated to where personal threats were being made. Needless to say there was a lot at stake. After an initial phone consultation with Michael he accepted my case. That was 6 weeks ago and no progress has been made.
