100 percent happy with their work. They went over and beyond expectations. Fronts& rear bushings all 3 axles alignment. Rides like it’s bran new again. They also bailed me out of a bad experience with Spring rebuilders. Ballard Spring will also be my choice
I’ve owned and operated OTR trucks for 38 years, putting my equipment in a shop is a big deal. That’s my paycheck in that service bay. This truck is a 2018 KW T-680, 212,000 miles. My dealer doesn’t fix springs and suspension issues. I had a spring that wouldn’t take grease and developed a squeak while going over bumps.
