Ballard”s must pride themselves on their courteous and outstanding services. Both Derrick Mitchell and Kentrell Smith were wonderful representatives. Not only did they work efficiently as a team but gained my utmost respect by their kindness and teamwork.
I just have to say the te hs are amazing. I called this morning and a tech was here before noon! He was very nice and showed me everything before he fixed it. I am so glad we continue to use their services! Thank you again!
They came out to replace a faulty system they installed last year. We were excited it was finally going to be fixed. Unfortunately, the guy using the Bobcat to dig the trench for the line cut the power and water lines we had going to our barn. Also, broke our gate driving the tractor through. They left without trying to fix any if it and to make matters worse just tried to kill my husband by turning on the sprinklers while he was trying to fix the electric line that they broke.
Why would I recommend this ad/page FACEBOOK just gave me for some septic tank service in Longview when I don't live anywhere within 200 miles of there and am most certainly not going to use a service that far away from me for anything?? You might want to talk to FACEBOOK about adjusting the target audience for your ADS as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me!

Great company and great customer service!! I called the cell phone number I was given, the gentleman was on vacation and still took the time to walk me through some steps to try and fix the issue before he sent someone!! They came when they said both times - great service men!!
Very helpful and easy to talk to/work with. Prompt and reliable when setting up my home (best experience out of all of my utilities set ups. Than electrical and water). They even were understanding when I had a family emergency out of state. Would most definitely recommend Ballard's septic - Faile family
I used this company once before and they were good. This time they said they’d be over after lunch and called at 530 and said they would come first thing in the morning they didn’t show up .. I called at 2 and rescheduled.. they then called and said they’d be there in an hour and it was 2 hours .. The job took less than 10 minutes .. it was ridiculous.
They came out the same day I called and then came back the next business day to clean out our aerobic system! Thank yall so much!!
