Great place to donate used building items so the can be reused. This week I took a stainless sink, cabinet hardware (new) other misc. Feels good not going into landfill. Amazing place.
I've always known that Ballard Reuse accepted architectural salvage and building materials but I was not aware that they accept a variety of other household items, camping and recreational equipment, a stereo system and camera equipment. I visited this week and they accepted all the items I expected to take to Goodwill, but I didn't have to wait in line which seems to always be the case now at Goodwill. Reuse also accepted some painted wood stair treads that I thought would go to the landfill. I'm glad they're there.
It's not pretty, but sometimes you can find good and useful stuff. Places like this are necessary and I like to check this place first before I go to commercial store.
What a magical little space to find anything you can dream up.
They definitely have a pretty good inventory, but the prices on some of this stuff is absolutely insane
