So much awesome stuff!! Not so curated and expensive that it becomes out of reach. Great design and layout.
I have spoken to them several times, sometimes getting different answers. Mostly, you get a tax receipt or store credit. Awesome spot. As a contractor specializing in remodels I love being close to Ballard Reuse. Its hard to find specific items for older homes and they are the best place to find that specific piece you're looking for. Theres so much life and utility left in items that are frequently trashed. Having the ability to salvage items and have a place to bring them for further use is a great resource.
Great place to donate used building items so the can be reused. This week I took a stainless sink, cabinet hardware (new) other misc. Feels good not going into landfill. Amazing place.
I've always known that Ballard Reuse accepted architectural salvage and building materials but I was not aware that they accept a variety of other household items, camping and recreational equipment, a stereo system and camera equipment. I visited this week and they accepted all the items I expected to take to Goodwill, but I didn't have to wait in line which seems to always be the case now at Goodwill. Reuse also accepted some painted wood stair treads that I thought would go to the landfill. I'm glad they're there.
