If you are moving to the Ballard area, you should consider this apartment block. We were new to Seattle last year and couldn’t have asked for a better first year. Just finished a wonderful year here. Ryan, the building manager, is an absolute professional and the amenities (roof and dog area) give a fantastic view of the city and beyond. We moved somewhere cheaper, but always felt safe and supported here.
We rented a flat in the Ballard Public Lofts building for 10 months while renovating our house. The management team is fantastic and makes this place truly special. Jennifer organizes the best community events fostering a great atmosphere between neighbors. The facilities are nice and very well maintained. The bonus of the location is you are just upstairs from Cloudy cafe which has great coffee and pastries. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to rent in Ballard.
