Our old water heater was shooting out blue flames and was a hazard! We called Ballards for repair and they sent out Jordan Cross. Jordan arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He determined the 40 gallon Kenmore water heater needed replacement. He worked with his colleagues and replaced our water heater in about 2 hours total. Provided instructions and guides for maintenance and draining sediments.
