If the amenities that they listed were actually a reality that would be great. I moved here from Edmonds and within one year had my truck broken into INSIDE the SECURED parking garage. The hot tub never works, there's no air conditioning in the gym. I guess the best part is being across the street from the Town and Country, and the D Line bus. Oh yeah, and they're raising my rent $45/no now and if I had the capacity to move out I would but unfortunately I'm stuck here until I can get out...
Ballard Place has potential, but it's been plagued with successive boards of directors that enable and retain the same association management company despite the poor service and unilateral tendencies that have compromised it. The building and residents deserve better.
