Prior to this week, I would have recommended Ballard Pediatrics as a place where children with complex medical needs and neurodivergence could have a flexible approach into adulthood. For reference, Seattle Children's Hospital Clinics specialists will continue to see a child until age 21, but Ballard Pediatric has a policy to not see a patient after age 18. Ballard Pediatrics is a doctor's office for kids right off 15th in Ballard. It's easy to get to with a decent sized parking lot. Inside they have a small waiting room area but close to two dozen rooms. Some have pictures, books and toys for kids to make it easy. The staff here are nice and friendly, but more importantly, your appointments go quickly.
