The main entrance smells like dog pee. Please get it carpet cleaned!!!
TLDR: Do not live here, you and your property are not safe. If I could give negative stars, I would. This is an Avenue5 managed property, a cursory Google search will tell you everything you need to know about who they are and why they have no business managing properties. The management team of The Wilcox is not only incompetent at running a large apartment complex but incapable of providing basic security for tenants and their property. I toured a few units with Jayren, and he genuinely made the whole experience stand out amongst all the other apartment complexes available in Ballard. He was extremely attentive, easy to talk to, and clearly very good at what he does. Everything was organized, his explanations were clear, and he had all the details ready without me even needing to ask. Best building I’ve lived in so far! The staff is always friendly and responsive, and the management team really cares about residents. They recently improved the club room and got rid of the dog park smell, which made a huge difference. The maintenance team is quick to solve any issue, and the common areas are always clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!
Haven't lived here but beautiful building. Haven't seen ballard in 30 years what a change. Wiggens and sons funeral home use to be at this site. Progress i guess. Now you have to leave ballard for a funeral.
