The building is fine but I can't get past the extra charges. We are overcharged for sewer and water to the tune of an extra $200-$300 every month so make sure you budget for that. In December we had ~3 days with no water and then no hot water due to an accident during construction. In the end we paid a MUCH higher bill for water that month. I've reached out to Avenue5 over and over and have been ignored. If you can afford the extra $ every month, look at one of our neighbor buildings with a pool or something.
