Outstanding, professional and friendly. Very comprehensive and transparent. My first visit and I was floored by the pleasant atmosphere, the shared knowledge between everyone there, and the willingness to take the time to explain each step in the process ( including insurance paperwork). I have and will recommend this practice in the future. Thank you to all.
This practice nickeled and dimed my visits - from additional fees for credit card use, to capturing payments up-front and then having to do a lot of back-end reconciliation when their estimates are wrong. Instead, found a great dentist who just submits the claims, takes no payments and send a bill if anything is owed. This practice also added extra charges to my services and did not explain them. Be aware of that possibility.
I had Invisalign treatment done by this dentist, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the results. I trusted the process, but in hindsight, I wish I had gone to an orthodontist who specializes in bite and tooth movement. The outcome wasn’t what I expected, and now I may need retreatment to correct issues that should have been addressed the first time. If you’re considering Invisalign, I highly recommend seeing a true orthodontic specialist — it makes a big difference in both results and long-term oral health.
My recent experience with Hygge Laser Dentistry (formerly Ballard Neighborhood Dentist) has been highly unprofessional. The rebranding itself seems indicative of their shift towards prioritizing profit over basic courtesy and patient care, particularly evident in their emphasis on cosmetic procedures at the expense of fundamental dental services.
