I already have a general dentist but I went to Dr. Gordon for some cosmetic laser dental work. I found the front office staff to be knowledgeable and never had any issues with insurance or billing, they always told me up front what the cost of treatment would be. No surprises. Dr. Gordon has great attention to detail and was receptive, from consultation day to touch up day, to what I was hoping to achieve with my smile. Do not go here. They misquoted me for a procedure in writing, then proceeded to charge me the full amount despite me providing that detail. Somehow a normal cleaning is now $2220.45. They sent me to collections. Horrible.
Ballard Dentistry staff are kind & friendly. Dental Technician Max has a soft touch when cleaning my teeth and doing the X-rays in a both a fast and efficient manner. Dr. Emma Leigh Gordon DDS is the "Best". I highly recommend this office. Five Stars *****
I went in to Hygge Laser Dentistry for a dental exam and they are the best! The whole team was very knowledgeable and explained my dental options very thoroughly including options to help with my sleep apnea/snoring. I would highly recommend
I went this dentist for years with a number of procedures done: I scheduled one appt that i had to cancel because i woke up with severe cough. They charged 250 for cancellation. Although they disclosed cancellation fee was required within 48 hrs they said Fridays were More expensive so charged 250. Highly Disappointing and terrible customer service. I guess they expected i go in and spread the illness to other customers and staff. Nonsensical.
