Omer is one of those people you want to do business with over and over. His pricing is fair, he does quality work, and he cares about the service he delivers. I came in for some difficult exhaust work along with an exhaust leak that was making me get around 13mpg. Simultaneously my alternator went out. Omer was able to get both installs done right away. I was referred to this shop from another mechanic shop that didn’t do the type of repair my car needed. So I drove right to Ballard Muffler Shop… I didn’t have an appt but Omar & staff had the Flex Pipe right in stock. My car was In & Out quickly. I’m a Very Satisfied Older Frmale Customer who recently moved to Shoreline from the East Coast & Highly Recommend Ballard Muffler Shop AWESOME Work & Omar was So Nice Too❣️🙌

I went in to have a bolt removed on a project I was doing at home. one bolt mind you, I was there for a total 10 min and watched them do the work, it was simply heated with a torch and removed. I was then charged $44. unless shop rates are over $250 an hour someone just tried to take advantage of me. so from that perspective I cannot recommend.

There are a LOT of mechanics working here. So if one doesn't know something, another is bound to have the answer. I came here to get a second opinion on my truck. Miguel came back with a stretched timing chain answer, which was the same reply as the dealership. He did a great job. My only things are that this is such a busy parking lot and when my truck was finished, they put it at the casinos parking lot. That didn't seem that secure for off aurora.
