I highly recommend this auto repair shop! I’ve brought my car here twice, and my husband has used their services as well. Every time, we’ve been extremely satisfied with the results. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They have helped us with every issue we’ve had, and so far there hasn’t been a problem they couldn’t solve. Referred to BFM from a couple of shops in the Ballard area. They worked with me to fix up a rust hole in my Cat and got me rolling. Welds look solid and I’m thankful for their hard work! Would visit again!
absolutely horrible customer service, he saw i was a younger guy with a nice car so he gave me an outrageous quote for a resonator delete, i tried haggling with him he brought my car down and told me to leave once i agreed to the price he mentioned first he then has the audacity to charge me $50 more for the lift very unprofessional and childish service from this rude gentleman.
