Extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist. I called at 10:30 am (within normal work hours) from the clinic I work at to request details for a referral sent from my office (they did not list the doctor who referred the patient, any of the patient’s demographics or insurances besides their name and DOB) and the line cut off two times. I called one more time so that we may see the patient in a timely manner and was immediately answered by a girl who demanded I leave a message as she was busy and obviously couldn’t help me.... read more
