The absolute worst law firm that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We paid them an exorbitant amount of money for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM - JUST BECAUSE THEIR NAME IS BALLARD DON'T THINK YOU WILL BE GETTING TOP NOTCH SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT MORE & MORE and produce less and less results. File Motions in a timely manner. Show up for hearings. Bill on a regular basis. Respond to opposing counsel. Be an advocate for client....etc.
David did a great job for me, from 3,000 miles away. I could not get there to sort through the maze of papers in a fraud case. He handled everything to try to get my money back from some not very nice people. I would recommend him to anyone with a legal situation needing a lawyer.
