Rude and unprofessional. I was barked at by the owner for agreeing to pay a small service fee on a small debit transaction. The fee was perfectly reasonable and I AGREED TO PAY IT!!! I ran out of cash and wanted to buy a small ring for my son, after being told rudely that small transactions should be made in cash I made him put the ring back and we left. best pj's – When I went in this place I found the cutest pj's.They had a wide variety of things to choose from. Great customer service and fun shop.
Friendly Owner & Staff, Great Jewelry – I was shopping in Ballard recently and had a great experience at Ballard Home Comfort. After receiving the cold shoulder next door at Lucca, the gals at BHC were just the opposite! They were friendly and engaging, showing me where all the jewelry was. They have tons of gifts: clothes, accessories, home furnishings. I bought an adorable necklace there that I get tons of compliments on. Can't wait to see you again, keep up the good work. XOXO
