Sung and crew are what is missing when dealing with dealerships and national chains. While trying to figure out what was really wrong with my car, they took the time to try/suggest multiple alternatives before recommending full service. Ultimately, I needed the repair, and they were able to knock it out and get me back on the road for a decent price.
I am a patron of this auto repair location for over 15 years, under ownership of Mr. Ballard, the business namesake. The shop is under new ownership and management now (Mr Ballard retired) since 2017, foreign car repair work is still good and done fairly quickly under the new owner(s), however estimates of necessary (?) work and job prices went up significantly, and Mr Ballard and his personal familiarity and attention to the customer is gone, unfortunately.
