Dr. Yocum is a very professional and friendly doctor. He has a smile on his face and a laugh for the funny story you may tell him. When he's done using his instruments you will see him put them in the sterilizing solution. He's very serious about any discomfort you may feel so he asks if anything he is doing hurts.. His receptionist Kathy is very friendly when she calls to remind the patient of the appointment, and friendly when you come in.
