Would not recommend! I was sent by my insurance company! She was very unprofessional and extremely rude! Dosnt listen to any of your concerns! 10.10 would not recommend!
This doctor wasn’t listening to my medical issues . I went with in with an open mind after seeing previous reviews but after testing and visits no results were sent to me but only to the insurance company. I felt like my health wasn’t being addressed. I will be getting a second opinion now.
She was very rude and unpleasant. She didn't listen to anything that l need to tell her. She is nasty, Unprofessional, mean and she said negative and very rude statements. She gets a 0 star!!!!.
Dissatisfied and disappointed. MRI showed small lumbar tear and chronic DDD changes. Waited 2 months for Workers’ comp agreed to pay for treatment and almost an entire month in pain to see Dr. Ballard. Told me this was a common finding in people of my age and that I should not have any pain because people have tears all the time and they do not even know it. Want me to go back on full duty now. Never prescribed any medication other than PT and dry needling. She goes by how far I can bend over and do not listen to me. Never s... read more
I visited her for multiple work related injuries. She was very rude and many odd animal sounds while she was examining me. She does not listen to those she is evaluating. She also has very rancid breath. She struck me a little too hard when checking reflexes. She also acts if she doesnt believe me. She should have her license revoked and be assigned to trash detail at a hospital.
Part 3 Busted she didn’t proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong and to go back to work full-time wrote me a prescription and just thought I was gonna turn it into my employer this was the worst nightmare of my life I was truly injured it was finally seen by spine specialist

This was the worst experience. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Practicing medicine should be against the law for her. Good riddance!!
I was seeing a hand surgeon that made international news by being on the team that did the first three (3) hand transplants. He stated the only relief I would get was surgery on the ulnar nerve. Workers' Comp. sent me to Dr. Ballard. I had reservations about going to her based upon the reviews. However, W/C insisted that I MUST go to Dr. Ballard. She ordered an MRI (which I didn't need because the issue was 'nerve' not muscles, tendons or ligaments. I asked her what her recommendation was and she advised me that she couldn't... read more
