I ordered an item (108103677) in May 2026 and it was never delivered. I called multiple times, sat on hold for 30+ minutes, and one time was able to get ahold of a customer service rep who apologized and said it would be shipped on 7/10/2026. That never happened, and I can't speak to anyone on their customer service line to get an update. Will have to dispute the charge and try to find the item from a legitimate company on a legitimate site.
I am so disappointed in Ballard’s. Their customer service is awful. I ordered 2 planters and bought 1 planter at the store. The sales person told me they were in stock and that they would be to me within 7-10 days. Well after about 12 days I contacted Ballard’s online. The person I corresponded with told me that she was sorry for the delay but they were scheduled to be delivered within the week. A week and half went by and I contacted Ballard’s online again.
