Stay away from their outdoor synthetic wicker. It is complete garbage. We started having these issues a little over a year into owning these loungers and as you can see at the two-year Mark, they need to be thrown in the trash. I reached out to them and they were extremely difficult and offered very little help making excuses. This is pretty bad to pay almost $2000 per lounger that’s $1000 per year of enjoyment and we didn’t even get a full year out of them lol
We are still in the process of furnishing our condo. We got a couple of beautiful pieces here. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it.

Because Ballard is based in Atlanta, I am writing this review for the location there. I live in SC and ordered the Shiloh Spin Chair last Fall. When delivered this past November, the delivery driver backed into my husband's parked car, in our driveway. Despite my husband's and my best efforts to follow the process to get his car repaired, including filing claims with the delivery company's insurance (the delivery company refused to communicate about the claim), his car is still damaged and Ballard has made NO effort to amend... read more
