Love Randy and Roy. Arrived early and got right to work. Always do an excellent job for us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We use them every year for our elevator service. We highly recommend Ballard!
It’s always a joy to meet with the team. They did a great job going out of the way to fix a loose tile at the elevator entrance. I will also say that the young man who is obviously being trained is extremely polite and very focused on going out of the way to do a great job. We love our lift and are confident it will always be running for us. Thank you Ballard Elevator Service.
Randy and his crew are true professionals. Service is their specialty. They will not try to sell you a new Elevator because you need a replacement part. I highly recommend this company.
