Terrible service and incorrect advice! Booked appointment through HotDoc, turn up for my appointment and it’s not in their system. Blamed their system going down last week said they lost all their HotDoc appointments. You would think they would check with HotDoc to find lost appointments. They then advise me to go to the free place up the road. So I do so and the other place say they don’t see people for what I wanted!
