The team just helped me sort out a defective electric hot water replacement with a rebate eligible heat pump. Admin team was lovely and quick to respond to emails as well as other queries. The tradies themselves were excellent. The exposed copper pipes were all fully enshrouded in insulation, all of the rubbish was collected, and they worked through the rain at a solid pace.

Outstanding customer service, friendly staff and top work. The guys went above and beyond to help me out and fix my terribly blocked stormwater. I also use them for my evap cooler service and I'll be getting them back for my gas heater. I would definitely recommend them.
