The worst quality pedicure I have ever gotten. For a gel color change she didn’t even paint half my nail beds and shaped my toes terribly. My mom got a white manicure and asked her to not change the shape of her nails…..she did and got a white manicure which made her nails look like square teeth. They also do NOT use liners in their foot baths which is SO UNSANITARY. i could’ve done a better pedicure job my self….very dissapointed especially for the price of the service.
This place is a hidden gem! I was staying at the Ballantyne Hotel and after other lackluster services from the spa, I decided to get my mani/pedi elsewhere. These women are some of the most experienced industry professionals I have encountered. If you are looking for attention to detail, this is your place. No frills, but the complimentary massages with my services were better than the one I paid for across the street. We have been going to this place for several years. They are the best! The quality of their work is excellent. The ambiance is very relaxing and the service is great. Highly recommended!
