I recently lived at Ballantyne Commons Apartments, and my experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. My experience at Ballantyne Commons was extremely disappointing and unsafe. Our unit tested positive for harmful mold spores after we raised multiple concerns. An independent inspector confirmed the issue, and the mold not only damaged our personal belongings but also created an unhealthy living environment. Instead of taking responsibility, management minimized the situation, claimed it was “limited,” and tried to hold us to early termination penalties even though the unit was proven uninhabitable. Cute quiet community that's tucked away but the breezeways are absolutely filthy & cats are everywhere
I had a horrible experience when I moved in. I had a leak in my apt 4 days ago and they have yet to come, I have complained about the neighbors and they still are ridiculous loud. I sent work orders and they close them without repairs. There have been roaches in this apt I request they come and spray no word. I would not recommend this apt complex as an adequate place to live. When the police come they are 3 cars deep. Its not peaceful
