I had a horrible experience when I moved in. I had a leak in my apt 4 days ago and they have yet to come, I have complained about the neighbors and they still are ridiculous loud. I sent work orders and they close them without repairs. There have been roaches in this apt I request they come and spray no word. I would not recommend this apt complex as an adequate place to live. When the police come they are 3 cars deep. Its not peaceful
I recently applied at Ballyntyne keonta was my leasing agent when I tell you that him & Aisha were the best from the time you walk in until you leave there is nothing but good vibes they made me feel very much comfortable. I have been living here for almost a year now and I love living here. Aisha and Keyonte’ are always very helpful and go out their way to help you. As long as you communicate with them they will with you. It’s quiet here and I love the fact the kids are able to play outside like us adults did like back in the day. Don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Everyone looks out for each other here. I love it!!!
