I can’t say enough good things about Alexis at Ballantyne Commons in Stockbridge. Long story short, I was exhausted, stressed, and honestly starting to feel doubtful that I would even find a new place. Then I met Alexis, and everything changed. Had an issue about a puppy I had for 4 days. They told me one thing and did another and then continued to bill me months after even though the dog was gone. New management. They fired the whole office so don’t wanna discuss that. No issues. Few discrepancies why 3 stars. Overall it’s ok

EDITED: I recently visited my cousin who has lived here for roughly two years and had the misfortune of running into the new property manager Kaia Harris! What a horrible experience. This manager is unprofessional rude and disrespectful. I walked into the office as she was expressing herself regarding the old manager and the words she used let’s just say: a lady should never.
