This builder’s after-sale service team is utterly unprofessional, dismissing a clear leakage issue without inspection and refusing to repair damage they caused. Their team acknowledged the damage in person, yet their rude, policing response was to reject it because it was reported three weeks late via email. Their lack of accountability is deplorable. Avoid this builder—not for their work, but for their abysmal, unprofessional after-sale service team.
The worst builder around. Poor quality. Dream home is a nightmare. DO NOT BUY A BALLANTRY HOME!!!
This is the worst developer in the Canada. Sold a house for them back in 2019, still have not paid me commission yet. It's just $5000. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company. Trash
Very poor quality construction. 4 year old house and the nails keep on coming off from the roof shingles. Once a shingle came off which caused a leak inside.
