Reached out for a tour but the agent who reached out refused to allow a tour any later than 2:30 PM. I work 7-4 and asked for something around 4 or a little earlier but was met with no flexibility, repeatedly offering the same date and time. Quite telling about a leasing office who won’t work with a potential tenant on just an appointment. Their leasing office hours are 9-4:30 but I guess the work day actually ends at 3:00 pm

I have to change my thoughts again today is another day is Friday. And I can say Ballantrae Appointment is more than apartment to me as always. And thanks to Mery and all management that cares our thoughts too.❤️

I moved to Ballantrae in sept of 2024. I searched for apartments around Minneapolis Airport, and there were quite a few to choose from. There were the ones that had clientele that you questioned due to all the broken-down cars in the area. There were the ones with old run-down looks to them that made me not even want to look at them. This apartment is a disaster! As soon as I opened the door, I almost threw up from the smell of damp and rotten meat. It gets worse: the floor in the hallway not only creaks, it looks like it's about to fall apart, and there are stains on the walls that clearly haven't appeared in a couple of days. The bathroom is so run down that you just want to close your eyes and leave. I do not recommend these apartments for business owners! If your income comes from your own business and you don’t have a recent tax return yet (which is normal if you filed for an extension), you will not be approved here unless you pay a ridiculous $15,000 deposit. Even showing a bank statement with over $50,000 in monthly turnover wasn’t enough — they only care about W-2 salary income. We lost time, $100 for the application fee, and a lot of nerves.
