I’ll leave a 1 start review since I can’t leave a 0. I tried to called this place and email several times to schedule a tour, after a few attempts I was able to talk to a very nice lady on the phone. I scheduled a tour, got confirmation and when I got there, my husband I were told we were not in the system. They asked us to wait 30 minutes so they could tour us, but we decided to leave because if they can’t get organized when they need rentals, can you imagine how that place is when a resident needs the leasing office and ma... read more

We moved to Minnesota from Tennessee in September 2023. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our first year. Just as it was time to renew our lease, our dream unit became available. Carol and Mary made the process flow smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. Any questions or issues we have had have been handled professionally and timely by Mel and the maintenance staff. We are enjoying life at Ballantrae and are thankful to have such great folks taking care of the property and the residents!

I moved into these apartments in June I payed 13,750 dollars upfront I didn’t get a bill from these apartments until December stating I had a credit but that didn’t make any sense she said they couldn’t pay 6 months up front so they credited my account didn’t understand that either so they said I wasn’t billed then later on in December I got a huge bill and late fees and they said they didn’t know about them because there computer system don’t let them know until after the fees go up but yet said I had a credit and there was... read more
