1/5/26 Initially, this place was great. Management was awesome. Quiet neighbors. Not sure what happened. These last two years have been not so great. I can tolerate a lot of things living here. Neighbors smoking, blaring music coming from vehicles. But management and questionable maintenance workers not taking my health seriously when it comes to a MAJOR issue in my apartment thats been affecting my health --- was the last straw for me. I will not be renewing my lease.

Everything is perfect and nice. But this place smells more like weed every day, and much stronger than in the cities. it’s banned in the apartment but no one seems to care. Super stinky all the time.

Loud and inconsiderate neighbors from morning till night, constant water shut-offs, subpar & slow maintenance workers. I used to love this place. I really did. It was peaceful. Been here for a long time. Place just isn't the same anymore. Gets worse and worse every year. I didnt want to make this review, but unfortunately I do not recommend living here.

Great place to live!! Management is responsive and easy to get in contact with. Maintenace has fixed any issues we have had within 48 hours and messaged us through out.Website is easy to navigate to do both of these through. Located in a great neighborhood with a park for dogs on property, a park for kids right nextdoor and plenty of trails nearby. Friendly neighbors and great amenties inside and out of the apartments. Would recommend to friends and family.

To be honest this place it’s okay but when you move out they give you hard timing specially, corporate people I was there four year , at the end they charge you ridiculous amount.
