To be honest this place it’s okay but when you move out they give you hard timing specially, corporate people I was there four year , at the end they charge you ridiculous amount.
I had a wonder 12 months living at Ballantrae. I only moved out because I bought a home. My apartment was beautiful and very well maintained by the owners. The staff at the leasing office were always friendly and helpful especially Mrs. Carol and Mr. Marsal! They both made it feel like home. Thank you so so much!
I was genuinely interested in possibly renting an apartment at Ballantrae, but unfortunately even the process of scheduling a tour was completely ridiculous and a huge waste of time. After going round and round with an AI bot over text and email AND phone, I still couldn't get a real human to speak with me to answer some questions and confirm my appointment time. I have stayed here since 2006. It is a great location to access both Minneapolis and St Paul or suburbs for work or other reasons. It is also a safe place. I have seen management invest and improve the facility over the years, including having an online portal for residents to having a safe locker facility to receive packages. The current management under Mary and the maintenance staff is doing an excellent job taking care of the place. Reached out for a tour but the agent who reached out refused to allow a tour any later than 2:30 PM. I work 7-4 and asked for something around 4 or a little earlier but was met with no flexibility, repeatedly offering the same date and time. Quite telling about a leasing office who won’t work with a potential tenant on just an appointment. Their leasing office hours are 9-4:30 but I guess the work day actually ends at 3:00 pm
