Such a great apartment to live in. I really appreciate how helpful and quick maintenance completes all work orders. Roman is amazing at his job and very kind. Highly recommend.

I have a family member that lives here and I have determined it to be a decent apartment complex, though very expensive. The apartment was freshened up prior my son moving in. The place was made to appear nice but it is cheaply done. Seems like a lot of corners cut. Anyway, the apartments recently needed to clean the parking lots. They did not do an adequate job of communicating to residents and they didnt vet out a respectable tow company. The tow company did $1400 damage to my family members power steering system. The leasing agents at Ballantrae Apartments are friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints about them. My issue is with the management company. They gave residents only two days’ notice—and only one email—to move vehicles before a parking lot sweep, which wasn’t enough notice. My vehicle was towed, and I believe the towing company damaged my power steering system, resulting in a $1,400 repair bill. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be renting here again.
