I have lived at Ballantrae for 2.5 years and have absolutely loved my time here! I am sad to be leaving the complex, but have to as I will be moving out of state. I had a roommate initially, and when they moved out, the office staff made the process very slick in helping remove the other occupant from the lease (with a fee as to be expected). Been living in the apartments since last June, and my wife and I have had a wonderful experience living here. Quiet neighbors. nice area. The Maintenance crew is outstanding! We've had various things pop up that we needed assistance with and they are always on top of it within a couple hours of our request, Roman and Steve always show up and get the job done quickly and professionally. Great and reliable crew!
Roman did a fantastic job on repairing my bathroom ceiling. He is just a great worker.
