We love our home & our neighborhood. It is so peaceful & quiet here. We have great neighbors. Deanna was great before the sell, during the sell & after the sell. She is such a sweet person. Not only did we get a new home but we nade a new friend.
We love our new home in the Ballantine Grove community in Newport, NC. Deanna and her crew were so nice and helpful, and never pushy. She made us feel like family immediately, and even went above and beyond to make sure the lot we wanted was secured right away, and so generous about finding savings such as the First Responders discount program for our blinds. We have been so happy living in Ballantine Groves for almost a year. We love the layout of our home, it’s perfect for our two teen daughters. We all have a spot to be together as a family and they have also have a spot to hangout with their friends. The neighborhood has families with young kids, growing (up) families and retirees. My husband and I both feel like we have found our forever home.
Really appreciated how Deanna kept us updated through the build process by sending photos consistently. Solid value.
