Upon arriving, I was greeted by this sweet girl that took her time to make sure she knew everything she needed to know to help me with my rosacea, fine lines, and all my questions about whether my current products were good for my skin. OMG I loved my facial today!! It was sooo relaxing, like I could’ve fallen asleep. She was honestly amazing! super sweet and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. She actually took the time to look at my skin first and customized everything for what I needed, which I really appreciated. Really impressed with Kelsie! Her space is chic, clean, and thoughtfully designed. She was professional and thorough during the intake, which made me feel comfortable right away. I got a hydrafacial and loved it--super relaxing but also very thorough. If I were staying in HB longer, this would definitely be my go-to spot!
