Staff, nurses and doctors were extremely nice...however being charged over $8,000.00 facility charge and having restrooms that look worse than portapotties is unacceptable! People are going to be here for hours with loved ones having surgeries and other extensive testing...at least have a clean and decent restroom! Photo is of men restroom with the only sit down toilet I know of. 11/26 - tried to call the CS number and only have 3 options for billing and scheduling or specific hospital...no one knew how to help me or transfe... read more
