It’s not what WAS done but what WASN’T done on my first wound care visit. The staff was nice; however, the NP who worked on my wound was not in tune with how much pain he was causing me. He smirked when I said I was on the verge of passing out. Also I was not given any idea of the long range plan of action, plus I was told I would get a shipment of supplies, but what supplies?
