Geoff Szabo NP, was excellent explaining my condition!
Dr and office are great, would highly recommend. Problem is Ballad has started charging on top of office fees. Definitely not the offices fault. In my opinion Ballad found a back door to charge and insurance won't touch it. My fee was $56.22. I was informed Ballad considers it a hospital visit on top of your appointment (dr) fees.
