We loved Melissa Layne. She is a wonderful provider. However we recently had the unfortunate experience of having to make an appointment with Dr. Miller who is also at this location. She is an elderly woman that needs to find a new line of work or consider retirement because interacting with new parents who have questions and reservations about the specific types of care their children receive clearly has her burned out and frustrated. Exceptional experience as always with Gray Pediatrics! We love Dr. Melissa Layne, she listens to you and doesn’t rush through the appointment with you. She makes sure that you don’t leave without her answering all of your questions. She’s amazing!
Dr. Miller and her team are the best pediatric practice in our area — so much so that we followed her from a different office when she swapped. Everyone is truly dedicated and compassionate, and we trust that they have our kids’ health as their top priority!
