Fantastic customer service and responsive when have questions. Quick service and take time to answer questions.
The front desk and nurses are nice. Dr Miller was fine until she referred my son to PT and we asked for a referral to a different PT because the first one was not a good fit. She took this personally and refused to make the second referral. Told us that we werent a good fit for her because we didnt like the PT she referred us to. Accused us of lying about our experience and about my autistic son's ability to write with assistance saying that we were writing for him. He writes with assistance for us and for his teachers.
