Andrea Newton and the staff at Ballad’s Internal Medicine Office at the Campus in Abingdon are Outstanding. I had a medical situation that came up and the office staff got me in 2 days later. Once I saw Andrea she made arrangements to for me to see a specialist, plus see took the time to talk with me about any other health issues I might be having. Thank you, Andrea and staff.
I've been seeing Dr. Southerland for 5 years. He and his staff are absolutely patient oriented. I appreciate that he is a Christian
The staff at this location is wonderful! However, I saw some cobwebs in the treatment room I was in as well as dust behind the computer that was evident had been there for a while. Rooms need to be cleaned daily.
