If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far the most unprofessional and dismissive medical staff i've ever dealt with. If you're seeking help for your mental health, DO NOT come here. I have explained to my PCP as well as multiple care team members, multiple times mind you, about the severity of my situation- and not once have I felt heard or taken serious. It takes them 4-7 days to respond to messages left on MyChart, and when I call for answers, they switch me off to different nurses without telling me and I have to... read more
