Unless you’re taken unconscious, by ambulance, avoid this ER.  Took my daughter there and the doc came in and said in a rude manner to my daughter, “who is he to you?”  Never looked at or spoke to me.  He had the bed side manner of Shreck making my daughter very uncomfortable.  Don’t plan to return.

I AM EXTREMELY DISTURBED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE BALLAD HOSPITALS WHO APPEAR TO BE PRIMARILY CONCERNED IN PROFIT OVER GOOD MEDICAL HEALTH CARE. I KNEW WHEN THEY FIRST ENTERED THE EAST TENNESSE AREA THAT LARGE NUMBERS OF EXCELLENT CAREGIVERS WERE LEAVING IN DROVES IN SEARCH OF JOBS ELSEWHERE AND A GREAT MANY WERE SIMPLY LET GO. WORKERS WOULD GO TO THEIR CARS DURING LUNCH HOUR AND SIT CRYING. ALREADY HAVING EXPERIENCED A NIGHTMARE VISIT TO GREENEVILLE'S HOSPITAL OF WHOM MY HUSBAND HAS SINCE PASSED, I FIND MYSELF IN THE SAME H... read more

Waited 9 hours to have bloodwork drawn and get a room for 10 minutes for the NP to walk in, chuckle, and say "You're fine". When I asked about all of the symptoms I was experiencing as well as some of the elevated results in my bloodwork I was told to go see a primary care doctor instead. Slapped with a $1200 ER room bill that I called to negotiate down to $900 since I couldn't pay the full amount and because the cost was higher than average. Next week I was told to pay the remaining $300 and when I brought up the previous ... read more

I came to your E.R. on Dec.9-2023; I had a severe injury to my left leg, requiring stitches; after receiving only one stitch, I was released, and by the time I got home, the bleeding soaked through my clothing; I put a pressure bandage on to stop the bleeding; I informed the physician that I have a clotting disorder, but, it fell on deaf ears, apparently; I, a long with the nurse, and others in the room, was surprised that the physician was cursing every other word! It seemed to be his primary language! The student physician... read more

I wanted to email melanie stanton ceo of Franklin woods, instead i am typing this review. I just want to say that before this wk I was always generally pleased with how the nurses, staff and doctors were always nice and professional. After my experience yesterday I am not only appalled with how unprofessional the day shift nurses acted not just towards me as a patient but how they were/are rude and disrespectful to other patients. The day shift nurses on the 2nd floor would constantly talk rudely about their patients out lou... read more

The only reason I am giving you ONE star is that the care I got there was "okay" but lacking in so many ways I do not have time to go into them. I would give you ZERO stars for the "help center" in billing. First, it took months to get my bill, then I had to set up payments. On June 22 I paid my bill IN FULL on the phone and asked if that would close the account. They assured me it would. Nope! On July 8 they took out another payment! I called them and they said they would credit my credit card back. They did not. After abo... read more
