Rude older lady behind the counter yelled at my one year old child because he touched their ATM that's located in their run down waiting room. I don't care if he was trying to stand on it, she had no right to YELL at my kid, in stead she should have addressed me, the parent, but i was watching him & he was doing nothing wrong. He was simply covering the lights with his fingers. Maybe need to send that particular employee to a class to learn some customer service skills.
