Ball septic DOES NOT do repairs. Called at 8am and had to leave a voicemail. A hour and a half later, I get a callback from Austin. Asked for an inspection of my drain field and outlet pipe from my septic tank as the tank is not draining. Austin told me to call Roto-Rooter. How are you going to advertise that you do repairs if you tell customers to call a different company because it’s not something you do?
On time, work well done, very personal and easy to talk to. Price came out exactly to what they said it would.
The gentleman that came to my house to pump out my septic tank was very friendly. Knowledgeable and did a great job for me.
Great communication and scheduled within same week. Tech (Austin) was friendly and knowledgeable.
