Chad was very friendly.
They were efficient in locating the tops of my solid waste and liquid septic tanks and digging to gain access to both tank lids. They drained both of them and answered my questions. The only thing that surprised me is one of the workers asked if I had a water hose to clean the filter in the solid waste tank, even though they had a really long one. Mine wasn't long enough to reach the area they were working at. They ended up using theirs. They both said they only worked for the company 6 months. They did a great job of draini... read more
