I’ve been trying to make a new patient appointment and it’s impossible to talk to someone. I’ve left a message 5-6 times and have not received a call back. You’ve had my referral for 4 days now.

Thank God for Dr. Ball. On the occasions when I have had to see him, he gave me great relief from pain. I would have no fear in recommending him to anyone who is in pain.
i had a proceedure done 2 months ago i went in with one area of pain in buttock i now have pain not only in buttock but all the way down to my ankle and pain is 20 times more than it was before
Very rude. Always late. And you will wait forever. I have waited as long as four and half hours. The woman who handles the insurance and approvals should be working in a snake pit. They think they are Gods. Waisted thousands of dollars there and time. Go at your own risk.
Have been trying to get taken care of for over 5 months. The procedure was determined and agreed to in October, however, the office failed to do their job for almost 1 month, in even requesting approval, and I am still waiting. They have no follow up, and they have not shown any desire to improve. Oddly enough, every time that I visit or call the office to speak with someone, that person is not in the office. I end up getting voice mail, which has been full 75% of the time, and no return call
When I first spoke with my primary care physician concerning my back pain, I stated I did not want to have another surgery. I had had two previous successful lower lumbar fusions. My complaints were not due to these surgeries but of the pain I was experiencing from above these fusions. My doctor smiled and said he knew a physician who was a "miracle worker". He was surely right. After reviewing my MRI's, we came up with a plan. I really appreciated the care I received from Dr. Ball.
I would highly recommend Dr. Ball. He has helped me to be pain free. I have had a problem for years with severe neck and head pain.In less than 5 treatments from him it is gone.
He has helped me more than any other doctor that I have ever seen for my pain
