Purchased lawn mower, snowblower, edge trimmer, blower all from Ball. Ball's Power Equipment service is a rip off! Had a snowblower estimated and was told over $700 and not worth repair. Was able to get it running like new for about $100 in parts. Will never spend another penny at this place again. EVER!
