I needed a small unit for just two months. I called all over and everywhere was either too expensive, full or didn’t answer. She called me back right away and sent me the online link to get the unit. She was very nice and explained everything because I have never used storage unit before. She explained the lock, gate and location. So helpful. The link made payment simple too. And the price was just right for me. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend. Very pleasant experience. (Ps your logo designs are super cute too)
The people at Ballpark storage really helped us out when we were in a jam. We moved from out of state and when our trucks arrived our house sale fell through. We needed to put everything in storage and go back to Georgia. They put us in 4 units next to each other and kept our things safe and ready for us when we returned to NM. They were very helpful and saved us from a two way truck cost across the country.
