Honestly it’s always a good time for my son and it’s 5 minutes away from my place. He honestly loves it here
My kid loves it but it could be a little cleaner throughout the day and more attendants. A lot of bigger kids running over smaller children and rules not enforced.
Really cool place for the kids. Has is own area for eat and some food. The place was clean and everything was available for playing. And we got a free ball on our way out
This was my very first experience at the Ball Factory and I must say it was excellent from beginning to the end. The part for my grandson was epic and all the kids & adults enjoyed the attractions & food.
This place is an absolute nightmare, prepare to leave with your nerves shot. Between the bright colors, dim lighting, and continuous balls loudly firing off- you will feel like you’re in actual hell chasing after your toddler. They did not enforce not allowing big kids in the toddler area, and a mother was outraged I told one of her 5 rowdy boys that he wasn’t supposed to be in this area, so as a result she got her other boys to come in and make a scene- classy. If you have a child under 5, I would skip this place.
