Used Ball for work on my home in Pass Christian, I made a referral to a friend who ended up spending $38,000 on a new system. Five days after install system stops working. Early day he calls and gets the run around. Gets a call back at 9:45 PM with a tech saying they will be out at 11:30. Unreal, I have additional work schedule with the for November that will be canceled, no service after the sale... not impressed.
