UPDATE TO REVIEW: Balkan did have their subcontractor come out and do a clean sweep. They also provided pics of the finished jobs as requested. So, thank you for that and overall I was very pleased with the service they provided. old review: Was pleased with Balkan roofing up until the actual job of replacing all the screws on my metal roof. Consumer alert! Our roof sustained damage in a wind storm and we contacted Balken roofers. Tyler came to evaluate our roof. He claimed our roof was installed incorrectly and insurance would not cover it. We got opinions from two different companies, both disagreed with what we were told and insurance is covering the roof. Very sad to see that a reputable local company did the opposite of trying to help their customer. Please do better Balkan.
A tree fell in our relatively new roof in the ice storm. It was a small amount of damage. These folks came out quickly, gave me a good estimate and fixed the damage a few days later. And it looks good! Would use them again.

If you hire them to do the job you better babysit them and make sure they clean up afterwards.
Balken roofing did a great job, removing the old shingles and installing a new roof. The crews were quick and did a good job. They also cleaned up well after the roof was installed.
